Job Description:

The Customer Relations Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining positive relationships with customers and ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. They are responsible for identifying and resolving customer issues, implementing customer service policies and procedures, and providing training and support to customer service representatives.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner
• Identify and resolve customer issues and complaints, and escalate them to the appropriate department or manager as necessary
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to ensure that customers receive consistent and high-quality service
• Train and support customer service representatives to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
• Collaborate with other departments and managers to ensure that customer service is integrated into all aspects of the business

Minimum Requirements and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in customer service or related field
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret data and customer feedback
• Experience with customer service software and tools
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
