Job Description:

Training and Development Specialists are responsible for designing and delivering training programs for employees in an organization. They also stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development to ensure that training programs are relevant and effective.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in training and development
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Experience with adult learning principles and instructional design
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience with e-learning platforms and technologies
  • Ability to analyze data and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs
Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in human resources, education, or a related field
  • Certifications in training and development, such as the Certified Professional in Training Management (CPTM) or the Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP)
  • Experience in a specific industry or field, such as healthcare or technology
  • Experience with virtual and remote training delivery methods

Salary Range:

The salary range for a Training and Development Specialist in the USA is typically between $50,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
