Minimum Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of lending products and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze financial information
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as the Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) or Certified Residential Mortgage Specialist (CRMS)
• Strong knowledge of underwriting and credit analysis
• Experience with loan origination software and tools
• Strong customer service skills and ability to build relationships with customers and referral sources
