Then we want you to join our team as an Administrative Assistant for a Premier Home Builder and Home Improvement Contractor!

We are a prestigious home builder and home improvement contractor with a reputation for delivering high-quality, luxurious homes and home improvement projects, including window replacement, kitchen and bathroom remodeling, flooring, and more. We are seeking an administrative assistant to support our team of builders, designers, and home improvement specialists in the day-to-day operations of our business.

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
Managing phone calls, emails, and other correspondence with clients and vendors for both home building and home improvement projects
Maintaining records of project schedules, budgets, and other important information for both home building and home improvement projects
Assisting with the preparation of contracts, invoices, and other legal documents for both home building and home improvement projects
Coordinating travel arrangements and scheduling meetings for the team for both home building and home improvement projects
Performing other administrative duties as needed
